An international multidisciplinary chemistry network providing a training and research environment for future international chemistry leaders in India and United Kingdom
Prof. Harinath Chakrapani, founding member of ISCC and faculty member at IISER Pune has been awarded the Bronze Medal of Chemical Research Society of India (CRSI). The Bronze Medal of CRSI honors researchers for their contributions to research in chemistry.
Prof. Harinath’s research focuses on group designing, synthesizing and evaluating organic compounds that can produce reactive species in a spatiotemporally controlled manner as tools for biochemical and cell biological studies.
The Chemical Research Society of India (CRSI) is a premier professional chemical society of India established in 1999 with an aim to facilitate and promote research & education in all branches of chemistry. The Society organises symposia, events and seminars, and also give various awards, including gold, silver and bronze medals to recognise excellence in chemistry research each year.
